As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to plan and manage initiatives and activities designed to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of study delivery. You will develop and implement processes, change management plans, standards, and operational plans with the goal of achieving operational excellence. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancement across our operations.

• Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to optimize study delivery processes, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Identify, design, and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.
